The Department of Food Nutrition and Biotechnology at Asia University is proud to launch the HACCP Core Program, offering both Basic and Advanced courses designed to strengthen food safety and sanitation management competencies. The Basic Course introduces participants to food hygiene regulations and fundamental HACCP principles, with hands-on training in developing effective HACCP plans. The Advanced Course focuses on HACCP and sanitation management systems, emphasizing practical strategies for implementation and continuous improvement.
The program will be conducted in three sessions between October and December, with classes held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Asia University. Organized by the Chinese Food Safety Management System Development Association, the program is now open for registration via the association’s official website.
