Educational Goals


Our undergraduate program prepares students to be competent in applying knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the fields of nutrition science, food technology, and cosmetic science for health promotion.


Students in the Food and Nutrition concentration are required to demonstrate their relevant knowledge and practical skills of clinical nutrition, diet management, community nutrition, food chemistry, food processing, food microbiology, food analysis, and food industry management.


Students in the Cosmetic Science concentration are required to exhibit their relevant knowledge and practical skills of traditional Chinese medicinal cosmetology, aromatics, pharmaceutical cosmetics, cosmetic formulation and production, functional cosmetics, and cosmetic design and marketing.



Our graduate program prepares students to become professionals with research and development capacities in diverse areas related to nutrition, food, and cosmetics.
