Asia University (AU) Brings AI Education and Service Learning to Children in Lesotho
Asia University (AU) continued its Ministry of Education–supported OProSS-Africa Overseas Professional Service-Learning Program this summer, sending a team of 10 students to Lesotho for nearly a month of service. Through AI, Scratch programming, and interdisciplinary PBL courses, the team introduced around 350 children to technology while fostering creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Beyond the classroom, students organized cultural exchange activities and donated learning supplies, demonstrating AU’s commitment to global engagement, service learning, and social responsibility.
