Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey has released the "2024 World University Rankings by Academic Performance" (URAP), revealing that AU has advanced from 721st place last year to 705th, marking a significant progress of 16 places. Within Taiwan, it holds the 8th position overall and is ranked 4th among private universities. Notably, it stands out as the leading non-medical private university in the country.
